Cancellation Policy

We have a 24 hour cancelation policy. Canceling after 24hrs will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late forfeit their appointments and may be charged. A no-show of a scheduled appointment is subject to a full service charge; and/or if using a gift certificate it will be void and/or used for the full value of the scheduled service. Please utilize the Vagaro app to cancel appointments, if needing assistance please call the spa 228-280-8072. (Leaving a message via social media is NOT a valid form of cancellation).
